Commercial and Industrial Coating

Pagani's Downtown Car Care applies industrial coatings in house. We have the ability to achieve a set sand-blasting profile, mask areas that do not get coated or sand-blasted, apply organic or an inorganic zinc coating, apply epoxy sealers, primer, and siloxane color coats for a finished product just to name a few. We currently do both on-shore and off-shore coatings that require strict documentation showing exact paint information like manufacturing dates and batch numbers, atmospheric conditions like surface temperature, relative humidity, and dew points, and blast information documenting exact sand-blast profile. The individual coatings must be measured for film thickness and documented onto the coating log sheet as well.
