Pagani’s Downtown Car Care is a locally and family owned business serving Licking County. Our automotive repair shop was started in 2014 by Bob and Bobby Pagani. Our estimating staff has several decades of automotive experience both having worked as technicians or managers at one point in time.     My wife's car had damage on the roof from a tree limb to the extent that the roof required replacement and the headliner inside also needed replacement. Pagani's gave us a very competitive estimate along with detailed discussions regarding the process required to complete the work. They were always receptive to my questions and provided strait forward answers. They provided photos of the progress as the work was performed and i was welcome to view my car at any time! Pagani's is a very professional business that provides top notch service! We are very pleased with repair on our vehicle and i will definitely return to Pagani's should i need their services again!     I recently had to take my van in for a new rear bumper due to an accident and was very impressed by Paganis. They were very professional and considerate of our time. Not only did they fix my vehicle in the amount of time they quoted, but they also touched up the paint from a few dings AND sent me home with extra paint! This was not even part of the repairs that were needed but they went above and beyond. They also took care of returning my rental car. I would recommend their service without reservation. Great job guys!

After dinging my rear quarter panel on the garage, they were able to quickly schedule me and got my car back in my hands in remarkable time — so fast that their call to come pick up my vehicle truly surprised me. You can’t tell there was a scratch or ding at all, and I’m thrilled with their reasonable pricing. I had other local estimates and they were the best of all. Super friendly, prompt, honest folks.

The thing I like most about them is that they treat you like they would like to be treated. Not long ago I stopped in with minor problem and the owner, Bobby, came out and greeted me personally. He asked if I had a few minutes and he pulled the car inside. A few minutes later he brought it back out all fixed with a big smile on his face and said, no charge! I highly recommend them for all your body shop needs.
